HOW DOES CUSTOMER PICKUP WORK?

Free customer pickup allows you to reduce shipping costs by picking up the item from me in person! Pickups will be located in Santa Maria and Thousand Oaks, CA. After purchase, I will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate a convenient pickup date, time, and place! 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

I aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible! Once your order is successfully submitted, I will then process your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.

For local pickups, I will have it ready within 2-3 business days and contact you when your merch is ready!

For shipments, once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from our partner courier, USPS!

Please note that the standard delivery time of 2-3 business days are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of ICY G MERCH's control. 

While I always strive to have our orders delivered on time, I acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Gehssa Hope and USPS’ control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and I ask for your patience and understanding when they do!
